This notice explains what information this website uses and how you can manage it. Last reviewed: October 2026.
Information you choose to send
When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, company, phone number and enquiry. The details are sent to Blade IT's designated email inbox and used to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
Website functionality
We use browser local storage to remember your selected light/dark theme and cookie choice. These settings are necessary for your chosen experience. Basic hosting security logs may be processed by Cloudflare to operate and secure the website.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics are not installed in this launch version. If analytics are enabled in future, they must be configured so they activate only after an affirmative consent choice. Choosing “Essential only” does not prevent you from using the website.
Contact form services
When configured by the website administrator, messages are routed through a Cloudflare Pages Function to the Blade IT email delivery provider (Brevo). Delivery providers may process the submitted details for transmission. The form does not create an on-site public account.
Real photography
Photographs used on this website are sourced from Unsplash and may illustrate concepts or capabilities rather than Blade IT's own premises, employees or project history.
Retention and requests
Blade IT retains enquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal requirements. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email sales@bladeit.co.za.
